Booking and payment conditions

The reservation can be made at any time, if the apartment is available we will send you a bill for the down payment of 30% of the total cost which must be paid within the 5 days following the confirmation date of the reservation. The reservation will be complete only when Amalficoasthouses.it sends you the confirmation (also via telematics) of the availability and after receiving the above stated down payment. The remaining cost will be expected upon arrival at the house, where you will then receive the keys.

Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a 150 Euro security deposit for any eventual damage that might occur to the apartment and all it's belongings. The above-mentioned sum will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage has occurred to the apartment and all it's belongings.

Other services should be paid for separately:

• Cleaning service
• Laundry service
• Extra laundry

Our cancellation policy is as such:

• If the cancellation comes within 30 days of the arrival date, you will be charged with a cancellation fee of 30 % of the total bill;
• For unexpected early departure the client will be charged for the entire stay, and must pay the full booking amount, except for involuntary events pertaining to anything outside of your control.

Guests can check in at 15.00 and must check out by 10.00. Guests must inform us at least 48 hours before of any time changes.

In the rare event of controversy arising from the booking and the letting, only the Courts of Law in Salerno and the provisions of Italian Civil Law can deal with the matter and only Italian law applies.
